When Dartmouth Women Lead will showcase how leaders can create structural and empowering change in their fields by adopting approaches to uplift underrepresented voices. Experts from finance, higher education, athletics, business, and technology will discuss how inclusive changes in organizations create dynamics that move their industries toward better outcomes for all.
