Tess Bowler

Tess Bowler is a '25 from Omaha, Nebraska studying Government, English, and Middle Eastern Studies. During her time at Dartmouth she has completed internships at the State Department, Naval War College, TEDx, and U.S. Senate. Tess is interested in international human rights law with a focus on atrocity prevention, and has conducted research on insurgent groups for Dartmouth's Department of Government. She is also a Rufus Choates Scholar, James O. Freedman Presidential Scholar, and War and Peace Fellow. As editor of The Dartmouth's magazine, Tess can typically be found editing on the second floor of Robinson Hall.
