Sylvie Delacroix is the Director of Center for Data Futures at King’s College London and fellow of the Alan Turing Institute. Her research focuses on the communication of ethical uncertainty in Large Language Models, the social sustainability of the data ecosystem that makes GenAI possible, and bottom-up data empowerment. She’s also known for her work on data trusts, which led to the https://datatrusts.uk/ initiative. She is currently a Montgomery Fellow and present on campus from the 28th of April to the 7th of May.

This is an initiative of the Wright Center for Computation and Just Communities and of the Office of the Provost AI initiative.
