Shreya Vikram, '27

Shreya Vikram is a junior from India studying Economics and Public Policy at Dartmouth. Before Dartmouth, she attended Deep Springs College, where she studied philosophy, politics, and ethics in a 26-person self-governing community. At Dartmouth, she leads the Allied Scholars for Animal Protection chapter and writes for The Dartmouth. Outside of college, she has led farmed animal advocacy campaigns, conducted research on food policy, and worked with national animal advocacy groups to advance transitions to plant-based food systems. After graduating, she hopes to work in animal law or policy. In her free time, she enjoys weaving, watching films, and hiking.
