Xavier Laack is from Rochester Minnesota, where he graduated from Mayo High School with an Honors Diploma. He was a captain of the boys varsity soccer team and made two State Tournament appearances, was a captain of Rochester's club nordic ski team, was an AP Scholar with Distinction, and received the National School Orchestra Award for violin. At Dartmouth, Xavier plans to pursue a major in Environmental Studies with a minor in Public Policy. He is a member of the Model United Nations team, active in the Ledyard and Bait and Bullet chapters of the Dartmouth Outing Club, and is a South House Executive Councilmember. He plans on attending law school after graduation, and is considering working in the fields of environmental law or public policy.
